Measure the process, not just the record count.
Review contact rate, qualification rate, completed visits and time to first action with a consistent definition for each. Keep booked visits and completed visits separate. Compare enquiry cohorts with similar follow-up time so an older campaign does not receive an unfair advantage.
Example calculation: if a campaign spends ₹30,000 and produces 15 completed visits from the same measured cohort, media cost per completed visit is ₹2,000. This is a hypothetical calculation, not a benchmark or forecast. Add agency and other costs separately when reporting total acquisition cost.
The lead-quality and site-visit cost guide explains the definitions in more detail. Connect those outcomes to the performance-marketing review so campaign decisions reflect the sales journey.
